How does long-term billing work?
Long-term porta potty rentals bill every 28 days from the delivery date, not by calendar month. Weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking are included in each 28-day cycle. Billing continues until you call for pickup. There is no contract and no minimum beyond 1 cycle. Contractors can apply for net-30 invoicing.
Even if I take it for 3 days, are you charging me for the full month?
On the construction rate a 3-day job is billed one 28-day cycle. The event rate is usually cheaper for under 1 week, and we quote whichever is lower.
What if I keep it 28 days?
Then you pay one 28-day cycle, from about $165 for a standard unit with weekly service, plus $60 delivery and pickup.
Why 28 days and not a month?
Every cycle is the same length, so each bill covers the same number of service visits. A year has about 13 cycles.
Can I bill it to our accounts payable department?
Yes. Contractors and businesses can apply for net-30 invoicing. Approval takes about 2 business days.
Can I pay quarterly?
Long-term rentals bill every 28 days. Approved accounts can use net-30 invoicing for each cycle.
When does billing stop?
On the pickup date we confirm. Call by 2 p.m. to schedule pickup.
