How does 28-day porta potty billing work?
Long-term porta potty rentals are billed every 28 days from the delivery date, not by calendar month. That makes 13 billing cycles in a year instead of 12. Each 28-day cycle includes weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking. There is no contract and no minimum beyond 1 cycle.
| Cycle | Dates (delivered Oct 6, 2026) | Weekly services included |
|---|---|---|
| Cycle 1 | Oct 6 – Nov 2 | 4 |
| Cycle 2 | Nov 3 – Nov 30 | 4 |
| Cycle 3 | Dec 1 – Dec 28 | 4 |
| Pickup | The date we confirm when you call | Billing stops that day |
The first cycle is paid at booking. Each new cycle starts the day after the last one ends. Read the full 28-day billing cycle explained.

What does weekly porta potty service include?
Weekly service is a set-day visit included in every 28-day cycle. The driver pumps the 60-gallon waste tank, washes and sanitizes the unit, adds deodorizer, restocks toilet paper and sanitizer, and logs the date. Add a second weekly visit when more than about 10 people share 1 unit.
| Service plan | Fits | On your quote |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly (included) | Up to about 10 people per unit on a 40-hour week | Included in the 28-day price |
| 2 visits a week | More than 10 people per unit, food on site, summer heat | Extra visit listed per visit |
| Holding tank pump-out | RVs and office trailers | Weekly or every 2 weeks |
Pick a spot the driver can reach every week, not just on delivery day. The unit needs flat, firm ground within 15 feet of where the truck parks, a clear path about 4 feet wide, and no overhead wires lower than 12 feet at the truck spot. If a gate is locked on service day, put the code and a site contact on the work order so the visit is not missed.

How do I extend or stop a long-term rental?
A long-term rental extends itself: billing continues every 28 days until you call for pickup. To stop billing, call by 2 p.m. to schedule a pickup. Billing stops on the pickup date we confirm. There is no separate removal fee and no fuel surcharge on long-term rentals.
- Call (562) 603-5505 by 2 p.m. with the address and how many units to remove.
- We confirm a pickup date. That date is your last billed day.
- Leave the gate open or give us the code, and keep the path clear.
- The driver pumps and removes the unit. No removal fee is added.
Want to keep only some units? We can pick up part of an order and keep the rest on the same cycle. See our rental terms.
Can a business pay quarterly or by invoice?
David Rental Works bills every 28 days, not quarterly. The first cycle is paid by card at booking. Businesses and contractors can apply for net-30 invoicing, which takes about 2 business days to approve, so each 28-day invoice can go straight to accounts payable. We email a COI the same day.
We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and debit cards. Need a vendor form or a certificate of insurance for your landlord or property manager? Ask when you book.
Which businesses rent restrooms long term?
Businesses without enough working restrooms rent long term in 4 common cases: a building with a broken sewer line, a remodel that closes the restrooms, an outdoor lot with no building, and a site office trailer. A 2- or 3-station restroom trailer covers staff during a building outage.
| Situation | Typical setup | Service |
|---|---|---|
| Sewer line repair | Restroom trailer or standard units with a hand wash station | Weekly; more for big staffs |
| Restroom remodel | Standard unit with a built-in sink | Weekly |
| Outdoor lot or yard | Standard unit + hand wash station | Weekly |
| Office trailer | 250- or 300-gallon holding tank | Weekly or every 2 weeks |
