Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you send our quote form, we collect:

• Delivery ZIP code
• Phone number
• Delivery and pickup dates
• Unit type and quantity
• Guest or crew headcount
• The web page you sent the form from

When you call or book, we may also collect your name, delivery address, placement notes, gate codes, an on-site contact and payment details. Card payments are processed by our card processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.

2. How we use it

We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to answer your questions. We may text or call you about your order. We do not send marketing lists to anyone.

3. How the quote form is processed

Our quote form is sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Web3Forms passes your form to our business email so we can reply. Their handling of data is covered by their own privacy policy.

4. Call recording

Calls to (562) 603-5505 may be recorded for quality and training. We use recordings to check orders and improve our answers. When we publish call insights, we remove names, numbers and addresses and report only totals.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits, clicks on the call button and form sends. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, device type and general location. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

The ZIP checker and calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us unless you submit the quote form.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We give data only to service providers that help us run the business, such as our form service, phone system, card processor and analytics, and only as needed for that job. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you, handle billing and meet tax and accounting rules. Then we delete them. Call recordings are kept only as long as needed for quality review.

8. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
• Get a copy of your personal information
• Ask us to delete your personal information
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it)
• Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for other purposes)
• Not be treated differently for using these rights

We will confirm your identity using details from your order, and we respond within the time the law allows, normally 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.

9. Children

This site is for adults booking rentals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
